laws and regulations regarding personal information,and care is taken to

other purposes, we will clarify the purposes and have consents from the

we can't when it happens. - In case you claim for disclosure, please claim by following the steps
below. We might not answer your claim when you miss some steps.You have
to pay 1000 yen for the stamp in order to claim.
- The information our company got through 'Application form for
disclosing* personal information' are used only for the correspondence
of inquiry, and we will never use them other than this.
